This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect your information when you visit our website(s) or storefront, purchase our digital products, enroll in our courses, or use our community features (together, the “Services”).

1) What this policy covers

This policy covers personal data we collect from you through our Services.

It does not cover the practices of third parties we don’t own or control (for example: Podia as the platform provider, Stripe as the payment processor, analytics providers, email providers, etc.). Those services have their own privacy policies.

2) Information we collect

We collect information in three ways: (A) you provide it, (B) we receive it through platform/payment tools, and (C) it’s collected automatically.

A) Information you provide directly

  • Name

  • Email address

  • Billing details needed to complete a purchase (typically billing country/zip and transaction metadata)

  • Support messages you send us (email or contact forms)

  • If you join a community: profile details you choose to share and anything you post

B) Purchases and payments

Payments are processed through Stripe (and/or other payment methods enabled through Podia). We do not store your full credit card number. Payment details are handled by the payment processor.

C) Information collected automatically

When you use our Services, we (and our service providers) may automatically receive:

  • IP address

  • Device and browser information

  • Pages viewed, clicks, and usage activity

  • Approximate location (based on IP)

  • Referral/source information (how you found our page)

  • Transaction metadata (date/time, product purchased, price, currency, payment status)

3) Cookies and tracking

Our Services may use cookies and similar technologies to:

  • keep you logged in

  • remember preferences

  • measure traffic and performance

  • understand how users navigate pages

  • help with marketing/advertising measurement (if enabled)

You can control cookies through your browser settings. If you disable cookies, parts of the Services may not work properly.

Do Not Track: Some browsers offer “Do Not Track” signals. Not all services we rely on respond to those signals consistently.

4) How we use your information

We use your information to:

  • deliver your purchases (course access, downloads, account access)

  • manage your account and authenticate logins

  • provide customer support and respond to requests

  • send important service messages (purchase confirmations, access instructions, policy updates)

  • improve our content, product experience, and site performance

  • prevent fraud, abuse, or unauthorized access

  • comply with legal, tax, and regulatory obligations

Marketing emails (optional)

If you opt in, we may send marketing emails. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in the email (or by contacting us).

5) When we share your information

We do not sell your personal data.

We share information only as needed to run the Services, including with:

  • Podia (hosting, storefront delivery, login, community access)

  • Stripe (payment processing)

  • Email and communication providers (to send emails and support replies)

  • Analytics providers (traffic and performance measurement)

  • Fraud/security tools (to reduce abuse and unauthorized transactions)

  • Contractors or support assistants working under confidentiality (if any)

We may also share information if required to:

  • comply with law, subpoena, or legal process

  • protect our rights, users, and safety

  • enforce our Terms, prevent fraud, or address security issues

  • respond to lawful requests from authorities

Business transfers

If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets, user information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

6) Community and user-generated content

If you access our community features, please remember:

  • Posts and comments may be visible to other members (depending on community settings).

  • Do not share sensitive personal information in public or group areas.

  • We may remove content that violates our rules or is abusive, illegal, or harmful.

7) Data retention

We keep personal data as long as necessary to:

  • provide access to purchases and Services

  • maintain records for legitimate business purposes

  • comply with legal/tax obligations

  • resolve disputes and enforce agreements

We may retain some information longer if required by law, and we may keep aggregated or de-identified data for analytics.

8) Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You are responsible for protecting your password and limiting access to your devices.

9) Age restriction

Our Services are intended for adults 18+. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18.
If you believe a minor has provided data to us, contact support@millennialpregnancy.com and we will take appropriate steps.

10) Your privacy rights (general)

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to:

  • request access to the personal data we have about you

  • request correction of inaccurate data

  • request deletion (where applicable)

  • object to certain processing (such as marketing)

  • request a copy of your data (portability, where applicable)

To request any of the above, email support@millennialpregnancy.com. We may need to verify your identity.

11) GDPR (EU/UK/EEA users)

If you are in the EU/UK/EEA, we process personal data under lawful bases such as:

  • contract necessity (to deliver purchases and provide Services)

  • legitimate interests (security, fraud prevention, service improvement)

  • consent (for optional marketing where required)

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

International transfers

Our platform and service providers may process data in the United States and other countries. Where required, transfers are handled using appropriate safeguards.

12) California privacy (CCPA/CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you may have rights to know, access, delete, and correct certain personal information, and to opt out of “sale” or “sharing” as those terms are defined by law.
We do not sell personal information in the traditional sense.

To submit a request, email support@millennialpregnancy.com.

13) Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the Effective Date above and post the updated version. Continued use of the Services after changes means you accept the updated policy.
